We cannot solve Equity, Accountability, or Performance by isolating support to single organizations. Doing so just burdens practitioners on the front lines who are doing the difficult work of creating impact.
We see a future in which support is collective, in which networks of practitioners (MicroCollectives) collaborate seamlessly to accelerate impact, drive innovation, and scale successful approaches.
Our collective model of support makes equity the default.
Collective support means that small, innovative teams have the same advantages as larger, more established players. And with more diversity of talent, critical experiences for communities become human-centered. And with representation, communities get the dignity of results that they deserve.
